Are you interested in progressing to a vice-skip or skip position?  Maybe just looking to improve your knowledge in this area?

There are two separate sessions being offered to assist you in progressing in this area.

• Saturday November 14 - 9:30am - 11:30am Or Saturday November 14 - 1:00pm - 3:00pm

Information provided will focus on the basics of playing the skip position.  The "class room" portion will be processed based.  There will be a short on-ice portion to give participants an opportunity to ask specific questions on "how to play skip".   The facilitator will be Carl Rennick who is an NCCP Certified Curling Competition Development Coach, a Level II Curling Official, and has facilitated Curling Certification Courses across Ontario for over 25 years.

​If you are interested in attending, please sign up for one of the sessions on the sheets provided on the Events board outside the Community Room. Note: there is a maximum 24 members per session.

This is an opportunity for new and "newer" curlers to obtain some extra instruction and practice. It is also an opportunity for curlers switching from a slide delivery to a stick delivery to obtain some additional assistance from our coaches.  Sign up sheets will be posted for the sessions on the Events board outside the Community Room.  Please indicate if you are a slide or stick curler.

• November 29: 10:00 am – 11:30 am
